poor quality food at breakfast, mattress very soft, pans guaranteed at wake up, light curtains allowing enter light in the morning, gym and spa not working. absolutely not a 5 star hotel

已经入住多次，酒店位于河岸旁边，到了晚上楼下还有类似夜市的地方，周围吃饭买水果什么的很方便，酒店早餐也不错??

还可以，性价比很高，房间很大，就是空调忽冷忽热，淋浴间没有防滑垫。

每次来，都会被美丽的槟知夜景迷倒，站在酒店的电梯间，阳台，目光所至，都是风景！羡慕越南的慢生活，也羡慕这样相对原生态之下的景致！

Much more than a perfect stay. Concierge member provided me with sufficient and correct information whenever and whatever I asked. Breakfast was nice with some local foods. They always had several kinds of fresh juice and nice coffee. View of Mekong river right in front of the hotel was superior. I’m going to come back to meet their warm heart. Thank you so much.
